🧂 Ingredients

  • 🍎 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 🍵 1 onion
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🌰 1 tsp (3 g) cumin
  • 🌰 0.5 tsp (1 g) coriander
  • 🍬 3 Tbsp (29 g) sugar
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt
  • 🧂 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 tsp accent
  • 🍎 0.5 cup (114 g) Dutch soy sauce
  • some empanada pastry

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Brown the lean ground beef with chopped onion, drain and add garlic, cumin, coriander, sugar, salt, pepper, and accent. Then add Dutch soy sauce.

Step 2

Make sure meat mixture is cool before you put them in the empanada pastry to fry until golden brown.
