Honey Garlic Veggie Skewers¶

Ingredients¶
0.33 cup (75 g) low-sodium soy sauce
0.25 cup honey
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp (12 g) olive oil
1.5 lbs mixed vegetables
some wooden or metal skewers
Cookware¶
- 1 bowl
- 1 grill
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
In a bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Step 2¶
Pour half of the marinade over the chopped mixed vegetables and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Step 3¶
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 4¶
Thread the vegetables onto wooden or metal skewers.
Step 5¶
Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender. Brush with the remaining marinade in the last 2 minutes of grilling.
