Vegan Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
1 vegan egg replacer
1 lb vegan ground beef
0.5 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp oat or unsweetened almond milk
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 mashed potatoes
1 mushroom gravy
Cookware
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 large skillet
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the vegan egg replacer according to package directions. Set aside.
Step 2
Into a large mixing bowl, add vegan ground beef, seasoned breadcrumbs, egg replacer mixture, oat or unsweetened almond milk, and 1/2 package onion soup mix, vegan Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix well, until all ingredients are fully incorporated, then form into 5 patties.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
Step 4
Place on a bed of mashed potatoes and top with mushroom gravy.
