Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp celery seed
- 0.25 tsp salt
- some pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 2 cups red cabbage
- 0.25 cup red onion
- 0.25 cup chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp parsley

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, stir together the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Add the thinly shaved carrot, thinly shaved red cabbage, thinly shaved red onion, chickpeas, and parsley and toss until evenly mixed. Serve immediately.
