Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp coriander
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0.5 tsp accent
- 0.5 cup Dutch soy sauce
- some empanada pastry
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the lean ground beef with chopped onion, drain and add garlic, cumin, coriander, sugar, salt, pepper, and accent. Then add Dutch soy sauce.
Step 2
Make sure meat mixture is cool before you put them in the empanada pastry to fry until golden brown.
