Lentil Fajita Tacos with Zhoug Crema

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Zhoug sauce
- 0.5 lime juice
- some sea salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pkg TJ's fire roasted peppers and onions
- 1 Tbsp Zhoug sauce
- 1 pkg TJ's steamed lentils
- some pepper
- 0.5 lime juice
- 1 pkg taco shells

- 1 large skillet
Instructions
Step 1
Combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with one to two tablespoons of Zhoug sauce, depending on how spicy you’d like it, and juice from half of lime. Stir, season with sea salt, then refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
In a large skillet, over high heat, add olive oil. Add TJ's fire roasted peppers and onions to the pan, and cook until heated through and sizzling, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add one tablespoon of Zhoug sauce and stir to combine. Add TJ's steamed lentils, season with salt and pepper, and add the juice from the remaining half of lime. Continue to cook until lentils are heated through, about 3 minutes.
Step 3
Fill the taco shells with the lentil/pepper mixture and top with zhoug crema to serve.
