Ingredients
1 pkg taquitos
1 jar enchilada sauce
1.5 cups cheese
0.5 can sliced black olives
0.5 can fire roasted green chiles
0.5 cup cheese
3 green onions

- 1 7-inch by 10-inch baking dish
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange taquitos in a single layer in a 7-inch by 10-inch baking dish and cover evenly with enchilada sauce. Top with 1-1/2 cups cheese, followed by sliced black olives and fire roasted green chiles.
Step 2
Bake casserole on center rack of oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove pan from oven and garnish with remaining cheese and green onions. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
