Taquito-lada Casserole¶

Ingredients¶
1 pkg taquitos
1 jar enchilada sauce
1.5 cups cheese
0.5 can sliced black olives
0.5 can fire roasted green chiles
0.5 cup cheese
3 green onions
Cookware¶
- 1 7-inch by 10-inch baking dish
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange taquitos in a single layer in a 7-inch by 10-inch baking dish and cover evenly with enchilada sauce. Top with 1-½ cups cheese, followed by sliced black olives and fire roasted green chiles.
Step 2¶
Bake casserole on center rack of oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove pan from oven and garnish with remaining cheese and green onions. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
