🧂 Ingredients

  • 🥩 1 pkg meatless ground beef
  • 🧅 1 medium onion
  • 🍅 1 1-lb can tomatoes
  • 🍅 1 can tomato sauce
  • 🫑 1 can chopped green chili peppers
  • 🌮 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 🫒 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 🫓 1 pkg corn tortillas
  • 🧀 1 lb Cheddar cheese

  • 1 9 x 13 baking dish

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Brown meatless ground beef and onion, add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped green chili peppers, taco seasoning and sliced black olives.

Step 3

Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 4

Place 1/4 cup of meat mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place the corn tortillas side by side on the meat mixture.

Step 5

Top with more meat mixture and then grated Cheddar cheese.

Step 6

Repeat layers until all is used.

Step 7

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
