227 g dried black beans
3 cups cold water
1.5 tsp kosher salt

- 1 pressure cooker
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Add dried black beans to cold water and kosher salt in a pressure cooker.
Step 2¶
Pressure cook on high for 50 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes. Makes 545g total.q
