0.5 cup balsamic vinegar
0.5 cup Dijon mustard
0.25 cup minced shallot
some ground black pepper

Step 1¶
Combine balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced shallot, and ground black pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
