Buffalo Sauce¶

Ingredients¶
0.67 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
0.5 cup butter
1.5 Tbsp white vinegar
0.25 tsp Worcestershire sauce
0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
0.13 tsp garlic powder
some salt

Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Combine hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot), butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot over medium heat.
Step 2¶
Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk, and set aside for use.
