Ingredients¶
2 cups raw cashews
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup water
Cookware¶
- 1 high-speed blender
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
In a high-speed blender, add the raw cashews, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and ½ cup of water.
Step 2¶
Pulse until a chunky paste forms.
Step 3¶
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
