Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup water

Instructions
Step 1
In a high-speed blender, add the raw cashews, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and 1/2 cup of water.
Step 2
Pulse until a chunky paste forms.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
