Classic Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
1 small shallot
1 clove garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp caper berries
2 Tbsp pickles
1 Tbsp chives
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp whole grain mustard
some salt
some pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk shallot, garlic, mayonnaise, caper berries, pickles, chives, parsley, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard in a small bowl until combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Do Ahead: Tartar sauce can be made 1 week ahead. Cover and chill.
