Green Goddess Dressing¶

Ingredients¶
2 Tbsp (20 g) shallots
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
1 cup (227 g) Greek yogurt
1 oz (5 g) fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp basil pesto
0.25 cup (36 g) white wine vinegar
4 tsp (28 g) agave syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
some salt
some pepper
Cookware¶
- 1 pan
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 wire whisk
- 1 dressing container
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Sauté shallots in a pan, about 2 minutes.
Step 2¶
Combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, fresh basil, basil pesto, white wine vinegar, agave syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix with a wire whisk until thoroughly combined.
Step 3¶
Transfer to a dressing container, cover, and refrigerate.
