Edamame Hummus¶

Ingredients¶
1.5 cups (233 g) shelled edamame (steamed or boiled)
1 Tbsp tahini
2 lemons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp ground cumin
0.25 cup (57 g) water
0.25 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
some salt
some pepper

Step 1¶
In a blender, process shelled edamame, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, ground cumin, water, fresh cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
