🧂 Ingredients

  • 🫘 1.5 cups (233 g) shelled edamame (steamed or boiled)
  • 🥡 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 🍊 2 lemons lemon juice
  • 🧄 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 🌰 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 💧 0.25 cup (57 g) water
  • 🌿 0.25 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 🧂 some salt
  • 🧂 some pepper

📝 Instructions

Step 1

In a blender, process shelled edamame, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, ground cumin, water, fresh cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
