Ingredients
- 1.5 cups shelled edamame
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 2 lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 57 g water
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
- some salt
- some pepper

- 1 blender or food processor
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender or food processor, process steamed or boiled shelled edamame, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, cumin, water, finely chopped fresh cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste until smooth. Add additional water if needed for a smooth consistency.
