  • 🧀 0.67 cup (153 g) hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
  • 🧈 0.5 cup butter
  • 🥡 1.5 Tbsp (10 g) white vinegar
  • 🍎 0.25 tsp (1 g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 🌶 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 🧄 0.13 tsp garlic powder
  • 🧂 some salt

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Combine hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot), butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk, and set aside for use.
