Oil-Free Hummus¶

Ingredients¶
3 cups chickpeas
6 Tbsp lemon juice
6 tsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
2.5 tsp Dijon mustard
some salt
some pepper
some water
Cookware¶
- 1 food processor
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
In a food processor, blend cooked chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, 3 to 4 tsp chili powder{4%tsp}, cumin, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste to a creamy, smooth consistency.
Step 2¶
Add water if needed.
