Broccoli Pesto

🧂 Ingredients

  • 🥦 2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 🥬 1 cup basil
  • 🧀 1 cup Parmesan
  • 🌰 0.67 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 🫒 0.67 cup olive oil
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt

  • 1 food processor

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Combine 2 cups small broccoli florets; 1 cup packed fresh basil; 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese; 2/3 cup toasted pine nuts; 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil; 3 cloves garlic, halved; 1 tsp kosher salt in a food processor.

Step 2

Process until nearly smooth. Add up to 2 Tbsp additional olive oil to reach desired consistency.
