Pizzeria Vinaigrette¶

Ingredients¶
⅓ cup (67 g) extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp (45 g) red wine vinegar
0.5 tsp kosher salt
0.5 tsp dried oregano
1 small garlic clove

Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Place extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, kosher salt, dried oregano, and minced garlic clove in a bowl and whisk well to combine (or combine everything in a jar, screw on the lid, and shake vigorously, then store in the jar). Store for up to a 1 week in a covered container (or jar) in the refrigerator.
