🧂 Ingredients

  • 🫑 2 large roasted red bell peppers
  • 🍶 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar or balsamic)
  • 💧 1 Tbsp water
  • 🍁 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 🍜 2 tsp white miso
  • 🧄 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 🌿 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 🧅 1 small shallot (optional)
  • 🌱 1 Tbsp tahini (optional)
  • 🌭 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 🍋 some lemon juice (optional)
  • 🧂 some black pepper (optional)

  • 1 small blender or food processor

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Place roasted red bell peppers, apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar or balsamic), water, maple syrup, white miso, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, shallot (optional), tahini (optional), Dijon mustard (optional), lemon juice (optional), black pepper (optional) in a small blender or food processor. (Scrape out any seeds and extra liquid in the bell peppers before adding.)

Step 2

Blend for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. (I use a NutriBullet.) Taste and adjust flavors if desired.
