Ingredients¶
- 4 cups strawberries
1 medium shallot
0.5 cup balsamic vinegar
6 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp tarragon- 0.5 tsp pepper
- some salt

- 1 blender or food processor
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Process strawberries, shallot, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, tarragon, pepper, salt in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides.
