  • 🌿 2 cups parsley
  • 🧄 5 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt
  • 🧂 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 🌶 0.5 tsp red chili pepper flakes
  • 🧅 2 Tbsp shallot or onion, minced
  • 🫒 0.75 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • 🍷 3 Tbsp sherry wine vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 🍋 3 Tbsp lemon juice

📝 Instructions

Step 1

To prepare the Chimichurri sauce, place parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, red chili pepper flakes, shallot or onion, minced, vegetable or olive oil, sherry wine vinegar or red wine vinegar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and pulse until well chopped, but not puréed. Set aside.
