White Mac and Cheese Sauce

  • 🥔 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
  • 🥛 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 🦠 6 Tbsps nutritional yeast
  • 🍋 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic
  • 🌶 1 pinch cayenne

🍳 Cookware

  • 1 steamer basket
  • 1 food processor

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Boil Yukon gold potatoes in a steamer basket until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer to a food processor with unsweetened almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, cayenne.

Step 3

Puree until smooth.
