White Mac & Cheese Sauce¶

Ingredients¶
1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
6 Tbsps nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 pinch cayenne
Cookware¶
- 1 steamer basket
- 1 food processor
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Boil Yukon gold potatoes in a steamer basket until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2¶
Transfer to a food processor with unsweetened almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, cayenne.
Step 3¶
Puree until smooth.
