Andrew King's Pasta Salad¶

Ingredients¶
1 box Farfalle (bow tie) pasta
1 12-oz can black olives
1 12-oz can garbanzo beans
1 package mozzarella pearls
1 container cherry tomatoes
0.5 jar marinated artichoke hearts
0.5 jar sliced pepperoncinis
0.5 red onion (optional)
1 bell pepper (optional)
16 oz Light Olive Garden Dressing
10 basil leaves
some shredded Parmesan
some sea salt
some fine black pepper

- 1 large bowl
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Cook the Farfalle (bow tie) pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
Step 2¶
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, drained black olives, drained and rinsed garbanzo beans, mozzarella pearls, and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3¶
Add the marinated artichoke hearts and sliced pepperoncinis.
Step 4¶
Add the finely chopped red onion (optional) and chopped bell pepper (optional) if using.
Step 5¶
Pour the Light Olive Garden Dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Step 6¶
Stir in the julienned basil leaves.
Step 7¶
Season with shredded Parmesan, sea salt, and fine black pepper to taste.
