🧂 Ingredients

  • 🍝 1 box Farfalle (bow tie) pasta
  • 🫒 1 12-oz can black olives
  • 🧆 1 12-oz can garbanzo beans
  • 🧀 1 package mozzarella pearls
  • 🍅 1 container cherry tomatoes
  • 🌳 0.5 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 🌶 0.5 jar sliced pepperoncinis
  • 🧅 0.5 red onion (optional)
  • 🫑 1 bell pepper (optional)
  • 🥗 16 oz Light Olive Garden Dressing
  • 🥬 10 basil leaves
  • 🧀 some shredded Parmesan
  • 🧂 some sea salt
  • 🧂 some fine black pepper

  • 1 large bowl

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Cook the Farfalle (bow tie) pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, drained black olives, drained and rinsed garbanzo beans, mozzarella pearls, and cherry tomatoes.

Step 3

Add the marinated artichoke hearts and sliced pepperoncinis.

Step 4

Add the finely chopped red onion (optional) and chopped bell pepper (optional) if using.

Step 5

Pour the Light Olive Garden Dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Step 6

Stir in the julienned basil leaves.

Step 7

Season with shredded Parmesan, sea salt, and fine black pepper to taste.
