Cheesy Popcorn¶

Ingredients¶
0.33 (24 g) cup nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 Tbsp salt
some corn kernels
some oil
Cookware¶
- 1 spice grinder
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Toast the sesame seeds until fragrant.
Step 2¶
To a spice grinder, add in the nutritional yeast, sesame seeds, curry powder, and salt.
Step 3¶
Next, to a pot add in the corn kernels and oil. Add just enough that both leave a single layer at the bottom of the pan.
Step 4¶
Turn the heat to medium and once you start to hear it pop give it a shake every 15 to 30 seconds just so that nothing burns.
Step 5¶
Pour the popcorn into a bowl, and toss in the seasoning mix.
