Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
0.5 onions
1 can cream of chicken or potato soup
8 oz sour cream
1 stick butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
16 oz hash brown potatoes
some corn flakes
Cookware
- 1 casserole or foil pan
- 1 Pam
- 1 bowl
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Bake only in casserole or foil pan coated with Pam.
Step 3
In a bowl mix chopped onions, cream of chicken or potato soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 of the grated mild cheddar cheese, and hash brown potatoes.
Step 4
Place in pan.
Step 5
Place 1/2 cheese on top (cover).
Step 6
Bake 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered with corn flakes on top.
