- 1 Tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1.5 cups water
- some salt
- 1 medium saucepan
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
Add the jasmine rice and stir to coat in the garlic butter.
Pour in the water and season with salt. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes)
