Ingredients¶
0.75 cup (82 g) quinoa
- 1.25 cups Vegetable Broth
1.2 cups (132 g) quinoa
- 1.9 cups Vegetable Broth
1.5 cups (165 g) quinoa
- 2.5 cups Vegetable Broth
Cookware¶
- 1 medium pot
- 1 fork
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Rinse the quinoa.
Step 2¶
Combine the quinoa and Vegetable Broth in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3¶
Remove from the heat and let it sit, covered for 10 minutes more.
Step 4¶
Fluff with a fork.
