Ingredients¶
0.75 cup (133 g) quinoa
1.25 cups (300 g) Vegetable Broth
1.2 cups (200 g) quinoa
1.9 cups (450 g) Vegetable Broth
1.5 cups (267 g) quinoa
2.5 cups (600 g) Vegetable Broth
Cookware¶
- 1 medium pot
- 1 fork
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Rinse the quinoa.
Step 2¶
Combine the quinoa and Vegetable Broth in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3¶
Remove from the heat and let it sit, covered for 10 minutes more.
Step 4¶
Fluff with a fork.
