Kickstarter Lemony Roasted Cauliflower
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 Tbsp tahini
- 0.25 tsp paprika
- 5 cups cauliflower
- 0.25 tsp salt
- some pepper
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 parchment paper
- 1 large bowl
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk lemon juice, tahini, and paprika.
Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
Transfer to baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove and season with salt and pepper to taste.
