Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bites
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 0.5 cup rolled oats
- 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
- 0.25 cup hemp seeds
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 spatula
In a large mixing bowl, add honey or maple syrup, creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir with a spatula until mixture is thick and sticky.
Fold in rolled oats, mini chocolate chips and hemp seeds. Combine all ingredients using a spatula.
Scoop out a portion of dough and roll between your palms to form a bite-size ball. Repeat with the remaining dough to create approximately 10 to 12 bites.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
If the mixture is too dry or crumbly, add a teaspoon of warm water.
