Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa.
Step 2
Combine the quinoa and vegetable broth in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and let it sit, covered for 10 minutes more.
Step 4
Fluff with a fork.
