Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 0.5 head red cabbage
- 2 tsp garlic puree
- 0.25 cup grated sweet red pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- some salt
- 1 Tbsp beef bouillon powder
- 0.5 cup red wine vinegar
- 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup oil

- 1 bowl
Instructions
Step 1
Shred red cabbage into bowl.
Step 2
Combine garlic puree, grated sweet red pepper and red onion.
Step 3
Blend together lemon juice, sugar, pepper, salt to taste, beef bouillon powder, red wine vinegar, and apple cider vinegar and oil.
Step 4
Pour over cabbage and mix well.
Step 5
Let stand overnight to mellow flavors.
Step 6
Makes 6-8 servings.
