  • 🌾 2 cups (350 g) cooked quinoa
  • 🥬 1 bag TJ's Organic Shredded Green & Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots
  • 🫘 1 pkg TJ's Shelled Edamame with Sea Salt
  • 🌶 1 red bell pepper
  • 🌿 0.5 bunch cilantro
  • 🧀 1 pkg sriracha tofu
  • 🧅 3 green onions
  • 🍼 0.5 cup (125 g) TJ's Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing
  • 🌰 0.5 cup (55 g) TJ's Chile & Garlic Cashews
  • 🍊 1 lime

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Combine cooked quinoa, TJ's Organic Shredded Green & Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots, TJ's Shelled Edamame with Sea Salt, cored and diced red bell pepper, cilantro with stems removed, sriracha tofu, and thinly sliced green onions in a large bowl. Add ½ cup TJ's Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing and gently stir to coat. Taste and adjust dressing as desired. Stir in crushed TJ's Chile & Garlic Cashews.

Step 2

To serve, spoon salad into shallow bowls and top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
