Chili Verde¶

Ingredients¶
2 medium brown onions
4 cloves garlic
4 green chilis
2 small cans canned green chilis (alternative)
2 lbs pork tenderloin cubes
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 can green chili sauce
Cookware¶
- 1 crock pot
Instructions¶
Step 1¶
Sauté chopped brown onions for 3 minutes until soft and clear, add garlic and green chilis or canned green chilis (alternative) and saute for 1 minute more then add the pork tenderloin cubes.
Step 2¶
After meat is browned add your seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder, and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 3¶
Add a can of green chili sauce and simmer on low until meat is tender or put in crock pot to simmer.
Step 4¶
Water may be added to thin out the chili if needed.
