🧂 Ingredients

  • 🧅 2 medium brown onions
  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic
  • 🌶 4 green chilis
  • 🌶 2 small cans canned green chilis (alternative)
  • 🥩 2 lbs pork tenderloin cubes
  • 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
  • 🧂 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 🧄 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 🧅 1 tsp onion powder
  • 🥫 1 can green chili sauce

  • 1 crock pot

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Sauté chopped brown onions for 3 minutes until soft and clear, add garlic and green chilis or canned green chilis (alternative) and saute for 1 minute more then add the pork tenderloin cubes.

Step 2

After meat is browned add your seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder, and sauté for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add a can of green chili sauce and simmer on low until meat is tender or put in crock pot to simmer.

Step 4

Water may be added to thin out the chili if needed.
