  • 🥪 4 Tbsp Benedictine spread
  • 🫓 4 whole wheat tortilla
  • 🥬 2 cups lettuce
  • 🥕 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 🌱 1 cup sprouts
  • 🥑 1 avocado, slice
  • 🫑 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 🧀 0.5 cup jack cheese

Step 1

Spread 1 Tbsp Benedictine spread on each whole wheat tortilla.

Step 2

Top with lettuce, shredded carrots, sprouts, avocado, slice, bell pepper, sliced, and jack cheese and roll up; slice in half.
