  • ๐Ÿš 2 cups quinoa
  • ๐Ÿฅฌ 1 bag TJ's Organic Shredded Green & Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots
  • ๐ŸŒฑ 1 pkg TJ's Shelled Edamame with Sea Salt
  • ๐Ÿซ‘ 1 red bell pepper
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 0.5 bunch cilantro
  • ๐Ÿฎ 1 pkg sriracha tofu
  • ๐ŸŒฟ 3 green onions
  • ๐ŸŒฐ 0.5 cup TJ's Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing
  • ๐Ÿง„ 0.5 cup TJ's Chile & Garlic Cashews
  • ๐Ÿ‹ 1 lime

๐Ÿ“ Instructions

Step 1

Combine cooked quinoa, TJ's Organic Shredded Green & Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots, TJ's Shelled Edamame with Sea Salt, cored and diced red bell pepper, cilantro with stems removed, sriracha tofu, and thinly sliced green onions in a large bowl. Add ½ cup TJ's Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing and gently stir to coat. Taste and adjust dressing as desired. Stir in crushed TJ's Chile & Garlic Cashews.

Step 2

To serve, spoon salad into shallow bowls and top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
