🧂 Ingredients

  • 🥒 1 cup (150 g) zucchini
  • 🍅 1 large tomato
  • 🧅 1 medium onion
  • 🧀 0.33 cup (35 g) Parmesan cheese
  • 🍞 0.5 cup (60 g) reduced-fat Bisquick
  • 🥛 1 cup (227 g) fat-free milk
  • 🥚 0.5 cup (115 g) egg substitute
  • 🧂 some salt
  • 🧂 some pepper

  • 🥘 1 9-inch pie plate

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 3

Layer chopped zucchini, chopped tomato, onion, and Parmesan cheese. Stir reduced-fat Bisquick, fat-free milk, egg substitute, salt and pepper to taste until blended, then pour into pie plate.

Step 4

Bake for 35 minutes.
